Lithuania is one of Baltic three countries. Ex Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. Lithuania joined EU in 2004. I did not find men's only barber. I entered a unisex hair saloon. It is located in Vilinius central bus terminal. The center of town is a historical area. Each shop has stairs. Saloon is almost same as West Europe. Many kind of tools. The skill is not bad. Specially, the skill of making a hair style is so high because many women are short hair style.
