Kurdistan region capital Elbil. It seems very different from Baghdad. Elbil was so safe. I walked around the hotel and found a nice barber. Not clean but so kind. He did not receive the money. On the way back to hotel, I bought Middle Eastern sandwich falafel on street. He also did not receive the money. Many gift to a foreign tourist. free 2016/03
