Macau was returned to China in 1999 from Portugal. Macau is different from China and Hong Kong. Foreign exotic  atmosphere. 24 hours casino, horse racing. dog racing, woman, food, money and money. It is a greedy city. There are a lot of saloon because of many butterfly, night women workers. The saloon I entered was one of them. The price was 3 times as high as downtown local barber. The skill was high. Price is all include, shampoo and setting. I got some discount without shampoo.
