I asked a man how much the price of barber. He did not know exactly. I guess less than 100 Rupee = 1 US$. He did not answer a foreign tourist price. Barber is called SALOON in Sri Lanka. I asked the price at a fashionable saloon. The price was 350 Rupee. Too much for me. Next I asked men's only saloon. Also 350 Rupee I made a discount 200 Rupee. The hairdresser was a good guy. He cut my hair for a short time, but his skill was so high. Surprise !
