We stayed
here to watch Rugby World Cup NZ - France match. Full booking in
Auckland city center and the price rise twice as usual. I found this
motel by internet and booked from Japan. Very old facility. The room
has 6 beds and large kitchen, but the price was so high. No
wheelchair accessible room here. Many nice motels in NZ. We should
find other one.

Beach town.
High season is summer. We stayed early spring off season, so we had
many choices. However Paihia is hilly town. Many motels have stairs.
It was not easy to find a flat motel with a family room. Large
bathroom and nice service. Good price. One of my best motel.

has a wheelchair accessible mark at local tourist guide map. However
one accessible room was already occupied. We stayed at family room
with two bed room and a living room. I guess normal room cost 100
NZ$. Clean and new inside.
