comment	Historical hotel. Bar restaurant is the most popular social place in town. Only 6 rooms and 1 sweet room. High ceiling, large bed, large bathroom. Antique high class hotel. The facility is old, but it is comfortable. No stairs. Internet cafe is located next. Excellent breakfast. Problem is gap and crack of the room. Many mosquito come from there. Also it was cold at night. Hotel IBIS is the best hotel in town. Foreign tourist stay there, but price was 23,000 or 27,000 and stairs to their restaurant. So I decided to stay this Hotel Faucon.

comment	Wheelchair worker at border taught me. 3 steps at entrance, but no step at car gate. I chose double + single room with shared bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. Large garden is nice. Mom washed my clothes. I gave her small tip. No restaurant is only problem, but we can buy water and soda. Market is far from here. Bus terminal is around unpaved rough lava roads. High class hotels are located beside lake Kivu.

comment	Very difficult to look for a hotel by walk on wheelchair because of hilly. At least some guest house around bus terminal are only upstairs. If we use taxi to find a hotel, many hotels have stairs and steps. Rwanda business man who shared taxi from Uganda border took me here. Steps at door and lobby. I said No stay once and went out. But 90 min later, I came back and decide to stay here. Western toilet. They have 20US$, 25 US$ rooms. Middle class hotel, but not so clean. I have no choice. With TV, breakfast. Kind staffs always carried my wheelchair.

comment	Recommend. Not large room, but so clean. Good value. 3 floors. Normally guests stay upstairs. 3 rooms on ground floor. I got 10 US$ discount. Normal price was 50 US$. Completely non step. Good service. Free internet PC and wifi.
